¿Why US when there are plenty of other options?

This is a very valid question. We would like to dedicate some time to properly answer it.
With such goal in mind, we have extracted key questions and answers regarding a variety of topics made by a number of reporters, locally and overseas, to Daniel in the past 5 years. This will give you an idea of our foundation and our principles. You will be able to appreciate Daniel’s philosophy of life, which continues to shape his personal and business decisions. Reporter:Daniel, you frequently refer in very proud terms to your time delivering pizzas in Miami. Don’t you think a potential investor may find that as a negative trait?

Daniel:I have thought about it. But those who know me, know that I speak my mind. To answer your question, I share that because anyone can appreciate the value of growing, learning, starting from the bottom, and if I could make it under those circumstances, anybody can. I am a living proof that one can achieve financial freedom. That is why I share my story.

Reporter:But, ¿why would you emphasize circumstances at a time when you only made $30 a day?

Daniel:Because if I was able to achieve financial freedom from that bottom due to my investments, vision and perseverance, it is a significant proof for anyone to feel confident that he/she will be represented by a doer, not a talker. I am talking about a non conventional investment with a higher return that the average one. It calls for expertise, know how and experience.

Reporter:¿¿How can you effectively manage four corporations and are able to provide good service?

Daniel:Back then when I was delivering pizzas, I used to get home and say to my wife “I am tired from working too hard” Today, I get home and I tell my wife “what else can I do?” Do you get the message? Your mind is very powerful and it can become your best ally. One of the biggest secrets is to partner with an outstanding team and to know how and when delegate.

Reporter:Let’s talk money, ¿why should I buy a property through you?

Daniel:You should only invest with me if you want to sleep at night like a baby (so to speak), knowing that you will get a return higher than the average in the market. It is very simple. The last 14 years are the best testimony of my work. I will never recommend you to buy something that I would not buy myself, and I buy nothing that will not offer an expected minimum yearly return of 20%.

Reporter:If I have $1,000,000.00 ¿How many properties will you sell to me?

Daniel:I do not sell. You are the one making a decision based on my report. I would not recommend you to invest all your Money in only one type of investment. That is a golden rule in this business. One of the key benefits that investors can obtain by working with me.

Reporter:¿Why are you able to find a better price on a property compared to someone else?

Daniel:Due too many reasons. First, I am not working for a commission, second, because I am providing my expertise as a negotiator which makes a huge difference in the purchasing process. Third, because I have built an excellent reputation in the marketplace, and last but not least, because I am not afraid of a short sale or a negotiation. The harder the deal, the more motivated I am.

Reporter:¿Why is your service superior to the one of your competitors?

Daniel:I do not call it superior, but different. The Fact that I get an investment that will leave 10% return may not change the life of the investors, but the Fact that I can be their close advisor may give them the peace of mind and necessary to sleep tight at night. That is why I invested more than a year writing a book "Protecting your assets" which is not for sale, but for my clients.

Reporter:Could you give me a good example of a good buy?

Daniel:¿Do you have two days to listen? (Laughs) I closed a negotiation last month in a residential unit in Hallandale Beach and I got it for $250,000.00. The client bought it in cash and I sold it in 24 hours for $299,000.00, the client did not need the whole amount, so he lent the buyer 50% of the value ($150,000.00) @ 12% therefore, so, on top of earning $40,000.00 in one day, he will receive a return of $1500.00 a month for 12 months, and at the end of the 12 month period, he will receive his whole amount back.

Reporter:At this point, because of your self confidence and answers, I think I know the answer to this question: ¿Do you see a scenario where someone should not choose you as their representative?

Daniel:I may surprise you with my answer...
YES, YES, YES, no everybody likes COKE, ¿You see?
The client must relate and feel comfortable with my philosophy, my attitude and personality. Otherwise, I will be the first one to refer him to someone else.

Reporter:After you have a seminar with more than 200 people, how can you manage the demand of inquiries and consultations coming from so many people?

Daniel:I have a qualified team that follows my philosophy and who has been trained by me. They are trained to recognize opportunities for investments, and then I review them. My team embraces my commitment to the client. As simple as that.

Reporter:¿What happens if the client wants a direct attention from you?

Daniel:First of all, I review what areas can my team improve, if I am available I will take care of the client directly, and if I am not, I will assign another qualified representative. The needs of my client will be met either way.

¿Is it realistic and possible to achieve the American Dream in the USA?

Daniel:Your dreams can be achieved in the USA or in Haiti. The place does not matter. What matters is your attitude towards life and your ability to negotiate. If you manage to avoid being part of the average and avoid selfishness, corruption dishonesty, you can accomplish your dreams or goals.
