Biography

For over a decade, Daniel Rutois has been a highly successful entrepreneur and Hispanic business owner, having trained hundreds of professionals and dozens of corporate business teams in the areas of business, and specifically sales and negotiations. He has been embraced by Hispanics, both in the US and Latin America, and applauded for his successful communications, public speaking and development seminars.
In the early 1990’s, Dany took a risk and decided to immigrate to New York. In search of the American dream, he then moved to South Florida, without any significant capital and not speaking English, but with his confidence that he would quickly achieve success and financial independence. In 1995 he became a licensed real estate agent and mortgage Broker, leading to his launch and building of PowerOneMortgage – a leading Hispanic mortgage company that currently employs over 50 brokers. He started his ascending path in businesses.
Being a quick learner, Dany started to apply some of the key principles learned, and to implement some changes in his habits and life. He began to save 30% of his earnings, and to evaluate and make investments for the first time in his life, without letting risk factors stop him. In less than a week, his first investment of $3,000 in the stock market doubles. This becomes a turning point and spearheads his interest, growth and success in the business and investment arena. Understanding that higher risk leads to higher rewards, he became more aggressive in his investment strategies, to the point of utilizing credit card debt to fund real estate investments. The rest is history.
Before making the transition from a real estate agent to one as an investor and business owner, he knew that first, he needed to become successful in investments. In 2000, after having made several investments for himself, he started to do it for others. In less than two years he was able to represent a significant number of investors residing in Latin America. He became a pioneer in seminars and training for investors in various countries, such as Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia and Mexico. By 2004, he had already made presentations all over Latin America.
Today, Dany Rutois is the owner and CEO of four different companies, including PowerOneMortgage – one of the leading Hispanic mortgage companies in South Florida. Moreover, he has leveraged his business success and significant experience to become a master Independent negotiator. His clients include political leaders, business owners, sales executives and other professionals.

His results speak for themselves, with clients consistently achieving results and goals that they previously could not reach. In a single seminar, Dany is able to instill a new mental attitude to hundreds of attendees – facilitating them to transform their lives (personal and business).

The secret that converted Daniel into a true professional has basically been his commitment on becoming one of the best professionals. He has achieved that with self training, transparency, creativity, and his proven ability to achieve an outstanding return in each investment on behalf of his clients. His priority is his client’s best interest.
